What's New in Farming Simulator 25 This Summer

It's been a busy stretch for Farming Simulator 25 this summer, with GIANTS Software shipping several packs in quick succession as part of the Year 2 Season Pass. March 2026 opened with the Vredo Pack, focused on overseeding and slurry equipment. June brought two releases: the Emergency Pack, a free addition giving players firefighting and tree-removal missions rather than just new machinery, followed shortly after by the Sky Agriculture Pack on June 30, adding twelve implements for seeding, fertilization, and soil cultivation. Most recently, August 8 brought the Pumps n'Hoses Pack alongside Patch 1.23, a combined content-and-fixes update. Beyond the pack releases, GIANTS has kept up a steady patch cadence throughout — the kind of ongoing bugfixing and balance work that doesn't make headlines but matters for anyone actually playing day to day. As of this week, the game is up to version 1.23.1.0. Looking ahead, GIANTS showed off the upcoming Beans & Alpacas Expansion at PAX West in Seattle in early September — a new Catuai map centered on coffee farming, alongside alpacas as a new animal type.
