By using FS25ModZone.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Comwil, based in Zürich, Switzerland.

What this site is

FS25ModZone is an independent, community-run catalog of Farming Simulator 25 modifications. We do not host mod files ourselves - every download link points to a third-party file host chosen by the person who submitted the mod. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or safety of files on those third-party hosts.

FS25ModZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GIANTS Software in any way. "Farming Simulator" is a trademark of GIANTS Software GmbH.

Submitting content

You may submit mods, comments, video suggestions, and abuse reports without creating an account. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to share it, and it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright.
• The download link you provide is not malicious, and points to the file you describe.
• Your submission doesn't contain anything illegal, defamatory, or intended to harm others.

Every mod submission is reviewed by a moderator before it appears publicly, and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion - including after publication, for example in response to a valid abuse or copyright report. See our Copyright & Takedown page for that process.

Downloads are at your own risk

Mod files are hosted entirely by third parties we do not control. We check submitted links for basic safety (valid scheme, reachability) but cannot guarantee any file is free of malware or safe to run. Only download files from hosts you trust, and scan anything you download before running it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to disrupt or overload the site; submit spam, malware links, or content you don't have rights to; scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others; or attempt to bypass our moderation or bot-protection systems.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate, available, and safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listed mod is error-free, safe, or still available at its host.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
